17 Oct Recipe for a chic aperitif: toasted bread with salmon, avocado and Provolove Ghidetti
- INGREDIENTS for 6 canapes:
- 1 avocado
- 1 pack of Provolove Gusto Delicato Ghidetti
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- 1 radish
- 1 loaf of wholemeal bread
- pepper as needed
Toast slices of wholemeal bread.
At the same time, cut slices of avocado and smoked salmon.
Place the avocado and salmon slices on the toasted slices of bread, and then finish the garnish by adding a slice of Provolone Valpadana DOP to each canapé, taking it from the practical package of Provolove Ghidetti Gusto Delicato.
Finish the garnish with slices of sliced radish and a sprinkle of pepper.
