In 2023, Caseificio Ghidetti launched its new line of frozen products.
These cheeses, once thawed, remain compact, maintaining their fragrance and flavor. The shelf life of these cheeses is up to 18 times longer than that of fresh cheeses.
This is a solution that is especially appreciated by our more distant customers who, in this way, can stock up on fresh products in large quantities, without risking food waste and also using cheaper shipping methods.
The range includes:
- mozzarella
- buffalo mozzarella
- scamorza
- burrata
- stracciatella
in various formats: stick, julienne, slices, cherries, loaf.
