A dairy farm that looked like a hotel.
A handful of long cherished dreams, a few grams of ambition and a sprinkle of visionary ideas, here are the specific marks of Willemo Ghidetti. It was 1937 and the first, minuscule, dairy factory took shape. So small, but for Willemo it was like a hotel.
Our territory
In Isola Rizza, in the heart of Veneto, the dream came true.
What a satisfaction our first Provoloni. From cows to milk. From milk, to cheese. Our cheese. A path so simple and yet so complicated that marked the beginning of everything.
Three generations
Today we are a company but our heart vibrates as in the days of our grandfather’s Hotel.
Time has passed, but the sacrifices, the achievements, the satisfactions of those first steps still accompany us. Technology helped us: our machinery, are advanced and our processing is safe and automated. It has been seventy years and three generations but nothing has changed since then and, we are sure, it will never change.
