The bell always rings twice, at six in the morning and at five in the evening, here in our town. We look at the sky and Venus reassures us: it's the first start to show up and the last one to disappear. Every day, we visit our cows twice, with the sun and with the moon. Twice, because in one day everything can change, even milk. In the morning is fresher, in the evening is creamier. And in the middle? That's when magic happens: our Grana Padano, thanks to the double collection of milk, contains sweetness and goodness.

at World Cheese Awards 2022-23
On 2nd of November 2022, during the 34th edition of the World Cheese Awards, the most important international cheese competition in the world, the Awards 2022-23 were awarded at the International Convention Center Wales in Newport, Wales.
Our 24 month Grana Padano Sole / Luna competed with thousands of other cheeses divided into 143 different categories, obtaining the gold medal. A success that, after the silver medal won in the 2021 edition, further strengthens our confidence in the Gli Ancestrali project.
The jury of this tasty competition is made up of 250 gastronomic experts and the public participating in these days is made up of final consumers.
