Young Asiago Pressato Whole Wheel
The fresh milk flavor, the delicacy of a cheese that comes from the mountains. Ancient and precious, the Asiago DOP was born in the year 1000 in the Asiago Plateau which it is named. The production starts with the double milking, one of which is skimmed by natural outcropping. The maturing takes place in wooden molds, called “fascere” and can last up to two years.
