The frozen burrata from Caseificio Ghidetti frozen in brine is perfect for those who need a cheese that can be frozen but which is at the same time able to express all its flavour. This burrata maintains its internal consistency and softness after thawing.
The expiry date (of the frozen product) is guaranteed at 18 months.
Once defrosted, store in the fridge at a maximum temperature of 4°C and consume within 12 days if sealed, otherwise within 24 hours.
