Fontina Whole Wheel
Fontina is a delicate and melting cheese that comes directly from Val d’Aosta. The tradition wants Fontina to be “looked into the eyes”: the quality can be seen from the holes of the cheese which must be perfectly round. Fontina is a PDO cheese, with a sweet flavor and soft texture, fruit of a land where flowers, herbs and water give the milk a special flavor.
