The Grana Padano Sole / Luna is part of Gli Ancestrali by Ghidetti, a brand that aims to include a range of high-end cheeses of the local tradition.
This Grana in particular is consider a superior product for several reasons:
- it is produced with 100% Italian milk; farms are located a few kilometers from the dairy. In thisway, we preserve freshness and fragrance of milk
- cows are fed with fresh grass and hay, with no ensiled fodder
- the milk is collected twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. Twice, because everything can change in one day, even milk: light and delicate in the morning, rich and creamy in the evening
- it is produced according to the traditional recipe of the Benedictine monks, handed down for 1000 years.
