The chopped truffle in extra virgin olive oil gives that pinch of originality for those who love bringing a delicate but at the same time strong flavor to the table.
The expiry date (of the frozen product) is guaranteed at 18 months.
Once defrosted, store in the fridge at a maximum temperature of 4°C and consume within 12 days if sealed, otherwise within 24 hours.

extra virgin olive oil min. 5%, salt, microbial rennet, lactic ferments, acidity regulator (lactic acid – E330).

Use and expiration
It is recommend thawing the product in the refrigerator at + 4 ° C for about 12 hours.
Store the fresh product in the fridge at + 4°C.
Use within 15 days from the sealed pack.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
