They are frozen with IQF technology: in this way, there is no risk of “en bloc” freezing.
The expiry date (of the frozen product) is guaranteed at 18 months.
Once defrosted, store in the fridge at a maximum temperature of 4°C and consume within 5 days if sealed, otherwise within 24 hours.
