Stracciatella
Burrata is a fresh, spun curd cheese made from cow’s milk. It is in the shape of a rounded hand-crafted bag. The external appearance is similar to mozzarella, but unlike it, it has a characteristic apical closure. The inside is instead soft and stringy, a set of cream and strings of the same stretched curd.
