Truffled Burrata
Our truffled cow’s milk burrata is a fresh stretched curd cheese with cream, flavored with truffles.
It is worked manually giving it the shape of a rounded bag, similar to that of mozzarella, but unlike it, it has the characteristic apical closure. The inside is instead soft and stringy, a set of cream and strings of the same stretched curd.
