The Mozzarella Fiordilatte a Julienne lends itself to a specific use for catering; ours in particular, is characterized by being produced with 100% Italian fresh milk, using only natural ingredients, with lactic maturation, without the use of preservatives or citric acid. Made using traditional spinning machines, it retains all the qualitative characteristics of the past.
